On the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team , you’ll help evolve the integrating element that links sensors and weapons and synchronizes operations to deliver a layered defense across all phases of flight. Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of Entry-Level Systems Engineers in the following disciplines Systems Architecture, Requirements and Interfaces Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation Modeling and Simulation Position Responsibilities Depending on your assignment, you will contribute across mission assessment, architecture, requirements, Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), integration, and test – often with direct collaboration across Boeing, industry partners, and government stakeholders. Help define and evolve the MDA/C2BMC system architecture Develop and maintain requirements and architecture artifacts (including interface definitions) to support missile defense capabilities Support architecture and requirements trade studies to recommend options that improve mission performance, cost/schedule, and technical feasibility Support improving the requirements management engine: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of requirements processes and tools (including traceability, change control, and quality) Support program-level risks/issues/opportunities tracking and technology readiness assessments as they relate to architecture and requirements decisions
