Systems Manager
Additional responsibilities include managing the department’s SharePoint environment for collaborative document management and overseeing DocuSign for digital signature and workflow processes. The position also utilizes Google Analytics to evaluate user engagement and the performance of public-facing systems and forms. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems, including enrollment and/or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including experience with Microsoft SQL Server, reporting (e.g., SSRS), and database scripting. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including designing, developing, and interpreting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience managing projects, including coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. • Experience providing user support, training, and documentation for systems and processes. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple concurrent priorities.
