This role works closely with Operations, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure training programs support evolving operational workflows and enable teams to deliver high-quality mapping data at scale in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: Own the end-to-end training strategy, including new hire onboarding, role-based certification, and continuous learning programs Design scalable learning frameworks that support a large, globally distributed workforce Develop structured training plans that align with group skill levels and incremental developments to the annotation software, standard operation procedures, and policies Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences Develop training materials including learning modules, playbooks, practice tasks, and assessments Build remote learning programs optimized for distributed teams at different skill levels and train-the-trainer sessions Define training KPIs and success metrics tied to operational performance Design and implement assessments to measure knowledge retention and skill proficiency Partner with Operation Leads and Analytics team to understand performance trends to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning interventions Build processes to ensure training content stays current with product and workflow updates Work with Vendor Leads to ensure effective rollout and adoption of learning programs
