Solutions Engineer
Bridge the gap between customers and internal development teams by feeding user requirements and technical feedback back to developers. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, pre-sales, or technical implementation role Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related technical field Strong knowledge of software, APIs, integrations, and network systems Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders US Citizenship Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearence Desired Qualifications Previous project development and leadership positions Proficiency using REST APIs, data structures, and a strong understanding of system architecture Basic programming/scripting knowledge to customize demos and perform troubleshooting Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and value-based selling Experience delivering technical demos
