This role requires deep, hands-on Salesforce product expertise and the ability to design a cohesive interface across multiple clouds while balancing standard platform capabilities with thoughtful customization to support nuanced business use cases. The ideal candidate leads with product authority, understands Salesforce's evolving roadmap, and ensures solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with both business and technical best practices. This leader will synthesize inputs from Sales, Marketing, Media, Operations, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to define features, prioritize work, and deliver against a strategic roadmap. They will guide a Salesforce development team toward the highest-value outcomes, maintaining core platform enhancements while also driving innovative improvements-such as leveraging AI and automation to enhance media planning, forecasting, and sales effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong judgment in trade-off decisions, comfort managing parallel workstreams, and a bias toward measurable impact. Equally important, this role is highly collaborative and user-centric. The Senior Product Manager will build trusted relationships across stakeholder groups, act as a clear translator between business needs and technical execution, and excel at user guidance, enablement, and change management.
