Information Assurance Manager

Due to responsibilities, position is fully onsite in the Blacksburg, VA facility. Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature and sensitivity of the position Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence (CI) or full-scope Polygraph Advanced degree or training, certifications, and progressively advanced experience in lieu of an advanced degree in information technology, information security, computer science, or other relevant field Demonstrated working experience developing policies and procedures such as detailed documentation and training resources for end users Demonstrated ability to work autonomously but also within a team environment Demonstrated excellent organizational and customer service communication skills Demonstrated experience with advanced computer security concepts and procedures, such as firewall management, intrusion prevention systems, encryption, incident response, multi-domain management Demonstrated working experience with network and computer monitoring, data forensics, and data recovery Demonstrated working experience with system deployment tools, Windows domain management, hardware maintenance, as well as familiarity with multiple operating systems such as Windows, OS X and Linux Demonstrated working knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800 series, Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 199 and 200, applicable Department of Defense publications, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG), and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
