Boeing’s Phantom Works Missile Defense National Teams are hiring Systems Engineers to work Huntsville, AL at the intersection of mission outcomes, architecture, analysis, integration, and test. On the Boeing-led Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) National Team , you’ll help the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) shape system-level concepts, architectures, requirements, and assessments that drive incremental upgrades to America’s Missile Defense System. On the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team , you’ll help evolve the integrating element that links sensors and weapons and synchronizes operations to deliver a layered defense across all phases of flight. Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of Senior (Level 5-6) Systems Engineers in the following disciplines Systems Architecture, Requirements and Interfaces Systems Integration, Verification, & Validation Modeling and Simulation Position Responsibilities Depending on your assignment, you will contribute across mission assessment, architecture, requirements, Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), integration, and test – often with direct collaboration across Boeing, industry partners, and government stakeholders.
