Manager, Map Production

The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership, process optimization, and performance management experience. You will be responsible for building scalable workflows, establishing clear documentation and standards, and using data to continuously improve production performance.  In this role, you will: Lead and develop a team of 8-10 highly trained Operators through coaching, regular performance feedback, and career development support Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Own performance of a large, globally distributed workforce through data-driven management systems and clear, standardized operating procedures Ensure production targets for throughput, quality, and productivity are defined and consistently met Monitor operational metrics and proactively address performance regressions Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and consistency across multiple mapping workflows Design and implement standardized processes that enable Operators to consistently produce high-quality annotations at scale Partner with Training, Product Operations, and Engineering to translate domain knowledge into scalable training and documentation Partner with Data Analytics to identify trends and drive targeted improvements with measurable results Advocate for user experience and pain points with Product Operations and Engineering to help identify tooling opportunities to improve performance metrics
