As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own design strategy and execution for our most ambiguous and highest value projects. You lead through collaboration, bring clarity to ambiguity, and use research, data and AI to shape experiences that drive measurable outcomes. You’re a systems thinker with a sharp eye for craft, and you elevate the quality of the work around you. What you’ll do: Partner with product and engineering to deliver premium, outcome-focused products and services to Built customers. Lead user research and discovery efforts to uncover key behavior blockers, validate ideas, and shape product direction. Create user flows, journey maps, workflows, and prototypes—selecting the appropriate fidelity and tools to solve the problem at hand. Track and measure the impact of your design decisions using behavioral and engagement metrics.
